The Post Partner location in AirportCity is open Monday to Friday on weekdays from 08:00 to 14:30.

However, mail can be sent around the clock in the self-service zone. At the franking machines, you can obtain labels for letters, parcel stamps and registered mail labels, which are paid for using an ATM or credit card. When the franked mail item is placed in the dispatch box, the barcode is scanned and a confirmation of posting is generated.

In addition, you can receive your mail at the pick-up station at any time at the Post Partner in AirportCity. The notification slip about the delivery of the parcel is held with the barcode in front of the reader at the pick-up station and the customer signs the acknowledgement of receipt on the display. The corresponding compartment with the shipment then opens automatically.

Access outside business hours is via a Maestrocard reader at the street entrance.
