Shop & pick up your purchases after your return

Frequent flyers are sure to get their money’s worth here. Make the most out of your time at the airport by shopping in the Worldshop Airport Store, where you can redeem your miles and pick up your purchases when you return from your trip. 

Do you collect miles with the Miles & More program? You can now redeem them directly in the Worldshop Airport Store at Gates F in Terminal 3. The shop offers a wide range of luggage, electronics, toys, jewellery and much more. And the best thing is—you can now shop as you please without worrying about lugging around extra baggage.

Shop now & collect later

Simply use our convenient pick-up service. Pay at the checkout and state your name, flight number and planned return date. When you return to Vienna, your purchases will be ready for collection at the service point in the Arrivals Hall (Level 0, Terminal 3). 

Haven’t collected enough miles yet? No problem. We accept payments with miles, cash, debit card, credit card or mixed modes (cash & miles).
