Meeting rooms in the Conference Centre

Any kind of function, event or trade fair can be organised for you in the connected conference and event centre, from international conferences to exclusive business meetings in an elegant setting (up to 600 persons). The rooms are designed for events over more than 2000 m² – divide into 21 individually combinable conference rooms with daylight and with natural lighting and a large foyer for exhibitions and breaks including a Business Centre and Reception. Exclusive reception or bidding farewell of passengers!

The Hospitality Desk provides the opportunity to greet passengers in the arrivals hall of Vienna Airport or to bid farewell in Terminal 3 prior to departure. The desk is the ideal contact point for reception, the coordination of shuttle services, the distribution of conference documents, welcome gifts or lounge vouchers. In any case, you can offer your guests an optimal service in Vienna.

Depending on group size, up to three desks can be provided simultaneously. Two swivel chairs are included per desk. Branding with the company or event name is possible. The prices for leasing are daily rates, whereby we will happily adapt to your individual requirements with regard to assembly and disassembly times. The desk support staff shall be provided by the client. Two temporary permit cards shall be issued per hospitality desk, which allow access to the baggage claim hall in order to assist guests with their baggage.
