Issuance of access authorization for vehicles

How to get a permanent access badge for the vehicle

The prerequisite is that the applicant must be in the possession of a permanent Airport ID Card.

  1. An application form for access permits along with the registration certificate of the vehicle must be submitted to the Airport ID Card office in Terminal 3, 2nd floor.
  2. The Airport ID Card Office will notify you to pick up the access badge, when the Airside Operations gives the OK.

How to get a temporary access permit

  1. A notice for the vehicle must be given 24 hours in advance via the this link
  2. The registration card of the vehicle must be deposited at the issuing point (Airport ID Card office Terminal 3, Checkpoint East, Checkpoint West)
  3. The temporary access permit is valid for 24 hours and can only be used for official purposes only.
