New manager for real estate development and marketing at Vienna Airport

Flughafen Wien AG is continuing its strategic focus on real estate development and location marketing with the addition of an experienced specialist to its staff: Wolfgang Scheibenpflug (MRICS) will join the company on 15 February 2013. He will be responsible for the development and marketing of Vienna Airport as a real estate location. This appointment will expand the team under the direction of business unit manager Werner Hackenberg to include a further expert.
 
Wolfgang Scheibenpflug (MRICS) has worked in the real estate branch for over 15 years and was last employed by EHL Immobilien GmbH as the head of the commercial property department. These responsibilities allowed him to compile extensive practical know-how in the development and marketing of commercial properties as well as precise knowledge of Vienna’s real estate market and its requirements.
 
In connection with his responsibilities at Flughafen Wien AG, Mr. Scheibenpflug (MRICS) will place a special focus on strengthening the airport‘s position as a real estate location and developing and marketing the commercial properties at the airport site. Vienna Airport has excellent potential, especially in the office and conference sectors, as well as attractive areas for possible hotel and business utilisation. Mr. Scheibenpflug lives in Langenlois, is 42 years old and married with two children.
