It covers trends and innovations on all aspects related to airport terminals ? from the planning and design of the building to the terminal operations with baggage handling and check-in processes as well as interior furnishings, technical infrastructure, retail trends and parking management. More than 200 speakers from a wide range of fields will discuss the latest trends and an exhibition with over 150 participants will present the latest developments in the airport business during this three-day conference. The target groups include representatives of airport operators, airlines and technology suppliers who will be able to reach an expected 3,500 visitors from countries throughout the world.

Vienna is the host airport for the PTX 2012
After this year’s event in Copenhagen, the Passenger Terminal EXPO will be held in Vienna during April 2012. Vienna will serve as the host airport and will be represented by Flughafen Wien specialists in the workshops and podium discussions.
