Elections to the Supervisory Board - four new shareholder representatives
At today’s 25th Annual General Meeting, six of the previous shareholder representatives were re-elected for a further
term of office. Newly elected to the Supervisory Board are Robert Lasshofer, General Director of Wiener Städtische Versicherung
AG, Herbert Paierl, entrepreneur, Karin Rest, attorney, and Gerhard Starsich, General Director of Münze Österreich. The chairman,
Erwin Hameseder, thanked the four former members of the Supervisory Board for their many years of valuable support in the
development of the company.
The two-year rotation in the chairmanship of the Supervisory Board, which is defined in the syndicate agreement, was implemented
at the constituent meeting. The Supervisory Board of Flughafen Wien AG now includes the following members: Supervisory Board
chairman: Ewald Kirschner, General Director of GESIBA Gemeinnützige Siedlungs- und Bauaktiengesellschaft, First Vice-Chairman: Erwin Hameseder, President of Raiffeisen Holding NÖ-Wien, Second Vice-Chairman: Wolfgang Ruttenstorfer, former General Director of OMV AG. The other members are: Gabriele Domschitz, member of the Management Board of Wiener Stadtwerke Holding AG, Bettina Glatz-Kremsner, member of the Management Board of Casinos Austria AG, Burkhard Hofer (representative of small shareholders), General Director of EVN AG, Robert Lasshofer (representative of small shareholders), General Director of Wiener Städtische Versicherung AG, Herbert Paierl, entrepreneur, Karin Rest, attorney, and Gerhard Starsich, General Director of Münze Österreich. The employee representatives on the Supervisory Board of Flughafen Wien AG remain
unchanged and include Manfred Biegler, Thomas Schäffer, Michael Straßegger, Heinz Strauby and Heinz Wessely.
