Just a few minutes' walk from the terminals, the Vienna Airport Conference & Innovation Center offers state-of-the-art and fully equipped meeting rooms.

A total of 17 different rooms as well as extensive catering services and additional equipment are available, which can be easily reserved and paid for via our online meeting room booking system. With the PIN code in the booking confirmation, it is possible to open the room independently on site without our support.

In fact, irrespective of where one looks, from the Vinothek to the Würstelstand and from the Heuriger to the Wirtshaus, the unique and varied charms of Vienna and Lower Austria are clearly perceptible in every room. The flexible design of the space creates the ideal conditions for holding workshops and seminars for different group sizes and in various settings. The creative landscape in the spacious Prater area can be combined with any meeting rooms to create a complete package.

Games & Fun is the largest and most ﬂexible meeting room in the AirportCity Space and depending upon the setting, can accommodate up to 56 people. Owing to its excellent location and access to the terrace for outdoor breaks, it provides an ideal platform for workshops
