Flughafen Wien AG: conclusion of tender for duty free shops
Ernest Gabmann: substantial increase in revenue for Flughafen Wien AG
As the current contract for the duty free space at Vienna International Airport was scheduled to expire, a tender was held to award a new contract covering the next two years (i.e. up to the end of 2012). “The tender has now been concluded, and we were able to realise a substantial increase in revenue for Flughafen Wien AG“, commented Ernest Gabmann, responsible member of the Management Board of Flughafen Wien AG. The tender was won by Gebrüder Heinemann, the firm that previously operated the duty free shops.
