In accordance with § 91 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Flughafen Wien AG was informed on November 30, 2011 that Franklin Resources Inc. holds 1,048,867 voting rights or 4.99% of the outstanding shares of Flughafen Wien AG as of November 29, 2011.
