Flughafen Wien AG: Announcement in accordance with § 91 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act
In accordance with § 91 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Flughafen Wien AG was informed on April 26, 2011 that Lazard Asset Management LLC holds 1,075,038 voting rights or 5.12% of the outstanding shares of Flughafen Wien AG as of April 20, 2011.
