In accordance with § 197 (5) of the Austrian Stock Corporation Act, Flughafen Wien AG reports that Lothar Hofmann filed a lawsuit on 7 June 2010 for the disclosure of information and the nullification of resolutions to release corporate bodies form liability. These resolutions were passed by the 21st annual general meeting of Flughafen Wien AG on 29 April 2010.
