Conference centre

The annexed conference and event centre has the facilities required for all events from an international conference to an exclusive business meeting in an elegant environment, as well as functions and trade exhibitions (for up to 600 persons).

The rooms are designed for events in an area of over 2,000 m² divided into 21 individually combinable conference rooms with natural lighting and a large foyer for exhibitions and breaks, a business centre and reception.

Conference rooms

If you require a specially equipped conference room directly in the airport, our Vienna Aircraft Handling has suitable premises in the VIP terminal.

Lost Property Office

If you mislay items in the terminals or on the airport premises (e.g. in the multi-storey car parks), in the aircraft after landing at Vienna Airport or in the City Airport Train/ CAT, please call +43-1-7007-29360 or e‑mail fundbuero@viennaairport.com. For items mislaid in flights leaving Vienna, please contact your airline or the destination airport.
 
For items left in Vienna Airport buses, the office in the arrivals hall will provide information at +43-1-7007-32300.

WiFi

Mobility and international information transfer via Internet call for wireless LAN and a power supply. Nowhere is this more important than at an airport.
Vienna Airport therefore offers passengers free wireless Internet access in all areas, including restaurants. All you need is a notebook or PDA with WiFi compatible LAN card. Your laptop or handheld does not have to be specially configured. The connection speed of up to 11 Mbit/s ensures rapid Internet access. Power outlets can be found in all lounges and in the B, C, D, F and G gate departure areas.
 

Banks & currency exchange
